- Lead Time For Personalized Wood Items, Jewelry, & Custom Flowers: Our current lead time is 14 days (for our personalized wood items, jewelry, & custom flowers) to make your item and then ship it. All of our orders include standard delivery which can take 7-14 days to reach you depending on your location. If you need your item faster and would like expedited shipping please email for pricing - as well, if you would like a tracking number or any other extra shipping services please contact us for pricing!
- Lead Time For Personalized Photos: Our current lead time for our beach, chalk, & fence photos is currently 14+ days.We do our very best to send all photos out ASAP, please feel free to contact us for a status updates :O) We will promptly return your email! If you need your photo RUSHED please contact us, we will surely try to accommodate!

3) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on the weight & size of your order and will be added to your order when the order ships.
4) Returns
We do not accept returns as all items are custom made to order. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 business days so we may file a shipping claim.

Please email or fax us your order. Specify item numbers, quantity needed & personalization requests. We will respond within 24 hours with a confirmation and itemized invoice. We will then call you for payment. Or you can fax your credit card information with your order.

Yes, we do offer drop shipping. There is no extra fees for drop shipping. Shipping charges are based on the individual order.
